About Me

This is the story of how I went from a married stay-at-home mom to a kick-ass single mom who strives every day to make my and my kids’ lives better. My story is still in progress and I welcome you to come along on this crazy, fulfilling journey I am undertaking.

Hey there, I’m Kathy

I am 40 years old. On October 1, 2022, my husband of eighteen years and I decided to separate. I have three awesome kids ranging from 5 to 14 years old. We currently live with my parents, which is something that I am not proud of. Going from a married stay-at-home mom to a single mom has been challenging to say the least and I am trying to figure my shit out. I have set some lofty goals to achieve and am working my butt off to achieve them. Many areas of my life need improvement and my goals reflect these pain areas, including:

Weight loss
Earning a substantial income, and
Living the life of my dreams

This blog documents my journey every step of the way. My hope is that I become successful and help guide the way for others to follow. It’s a lonely trip at times and I want you to know that you are not alone. We keep going, keep going, keep going. I appreciate you being here. Thank-you.
